Dropbox on ArchLinux

I've installed kdropbox and it seems to work.

On restarting the machine the dropbox daemon does not start, unless I enter this from the command-line:

~/.dropbox-dist/dropboxd &

It looks to me as if I ought to be able to make some changes in rc.d and rc.conf to make the daemon start automatically.

But I'm very new to this and I don't see what.

http://everyjoe.com/technology/howto-automatically-start-a-program-when-kde-starts wrote:

Want a certain application to start automatically once KDE has started

1. Open Konqueror
2. Go to the Go -> Autostart menu option
3. Right click in the right windowpane and select Create New -> File-> Link to Application
4. Click on the Application tab and enter the name of the application to run

You can replace steps 3 and 4. Rather than typing in a command, you can copy and paste a program from the left menu pane into the right autostart pane.

Easy, huh?

There is a code snippet on creating a daemon to autostart if entered in rc.conf.
