Nouveau GF6600 works only 640x480

Hi, I'am upgrade today new xorg and i decide to change nvidia driver to nouveau.
But it work's only with mode 640x480
i think i try everythink "addmode to xrandr, change xorg.conf, use google and find in bbs"

xrandr -q
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 640 x 480, maximum 4096 x 4096
VGA-1 connected 640x480+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 518mm x 324mm
   640x480        60.0* 
DVI-I-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
TV-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)

I try to addmode, but it always add to TV-1 output.

xrandr --output VGA-1 --newmode "mymode"  106.47  1920 1520 1672 1904  1200 901 904 932  -HSync +Vsync

//nouveau-git version  20100624 from nightly but same efect with version from extra
