Hello. I'm a long time Linux user but as of last weekend, a first time Arch user. Loving it so far.

Conky is available here: http://url.jpope.org/1o

Aloha. Browsing around the Arch forums, I've seen quite a few #!'ers around here. Definitely in good company around here.
@stlarch This wallpaper is very fitting for you. I've got the non-logo version Here: link
And the with logo version Here: link
Also, I'm not too far from you as I live in Jeff City.

Fresh install of Openbox due to the update to Gnome 3.2 (mainly GDM) causing massive visual glitches to the point where I couldn't even go into a terminal console at the login screen and since my laptop died I couldn't troubleshoot... Lame... But Openbox is always cool

Second try at Subtle. Urxvt tabs needs some coloring, as do the Sublets, and I need to take a good look at the tag system again. Other than that, quite satisfied:

^ It might just be because of the purple "spotlight" background, but that looks eerily Ubuntu-like to me…
Not that that's a bad thing, necessarily, I'm just pointing it out.

Something wrong with that?

Greetings,
After seeing the thread with that guy making a light-weight qt de, and experimenting with kwin or eggwm or whatever, I thought, it would be awesome to try out my own lightweight qt environment. So, here it is...
Basically, all this is is pekWM running nothing but qt apps. The wonderful qtpanel by madfish. The awesome qtfm by <can'tremembernamesorry>, and the spectacular qterminal. And using dust pekwm theme.
So to that guy making the de, have you tried pekwm for the wm? It's light, heavily customizable, and toolkit independent.
Typical CPU usage at idle is 2%. Ksnapshot brought that up some for the screenshot. Typical ram usage is around 200MB.
