If i try several times than appears normally. Most noticable is in Chromium in Firefox i didn't notice the problem and sometimes happen in LibreOffice, the problem is noticable in notification area...

I have found out that if i disable compiz the problem goes away. So because i don't want do disable compiz i just dsiabled shadowing the tooltips in compiz. This way it works just before. But it isn't fix, just workaround.
