Atheros AR928X working bad

I have an acer aspire 5740G with Atheros AR928X;
i'm having problem with wifi connection, usually with upload, rarely with download.
Upload speed is often ridicoulous (0.01 KB/s, measured with speedtest) and prevents me from browsing, chatting, etc...

It must be caused by software because is working fine with windows.
Also ethernet connection works fine.

I tried also reinstalling arch, but it did not work

Any possible solution?
Kernel  is 3.0 ARCH untouched
