[TECHNICALLY SOLVED] CUPS repo? Why isn't there one?

I see repos for stuff like ATI's Catalyst driver and Xorg... Just wondering why there isn't a known repository for cups drivers... I have done everything in my power to get this new cups driver to work with my Canon printer, and there is a fundamental flaw there that I can't figure out.  The scanner works fine, and I was ok with CUPS pre 1.5.0, but have no way to revert to a previous version.  I have, since the new version came out, done a fresh install, so I have no packages to fall back on.  As important as cups is, I really hope I just haven't been looking hard enough and there IS a repo somewhere with CUPS 1.4 drivers out there... otherwise, what other option do I have as an alternative to CUPS (aside from Turboprint)?

The Arch Rollback Machine is indeed mentioned as one of suggested ways to downgrade packages https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Do … ckages#ARM

TECHNICALLY this is solved... in the fact that I now have rollback functionality, yes... but gaining my printer's functionality back, looks like not.  CUPS ties into a LOT of other stuff and found myself dealing with gnutls deps and trying to revert about 30 packages... with no return of printer functionality... not sure where to go from here...

cups 1.4.8-2 seems to be built against gnutls 3. You should be able to build older cups against current system libraries using ABS anyhow.
