New package: eclipse-scala-ide

for all you scala and [ex-] java developers, I packaged the latest scala-ide for your convenince - I hope it'll be useful. I'll try to keep it up to date with the new releases in the future.

Any testing or notes on the package itself are welcome ofc.

fixing my previous mistake, the package has been renamed to "eclipse-scala-ide" to follow the suggested conventions. How do I remove the now obsolete "scala-ide" package?
