Hi,
So my girlfriend has a Lexmark S605 and it seems Lexmark only offers the drivers as a .deb.sh package.
Now how do I get this thing to work at all and maybe even via wlan as it is spposed to?
deb2targz doesnt do the trick

the gui pops out and asks me to accept the license and later for the root password. I haven't installed it, but looks fine so far.

exactly, the gui pops up, I accept the license and at about 25-50% it fails with the errors I've posted in my previous post
