Hi all!
I want to install Arch Linux in dual boot with Windows XP. I have to create 3 partition right? The partition with GRUB, a partition for swap and a partition for Arch. I don't know the order. I have to create these partitions after the Windows's one? I mean, I have to respect this order?
1st: Windows XP
2nd: GRUB
3rd: Swap
4th: Arch Linux
Is this order right?

A disk partitioning scheme is a very personalized preference. Each user's choices will be unique to their own computing habits and requirements. If you would like to dual boot Arch Linux and a Windows operating system please see Windows and Arch Dual Boot.
Taken from the beginner's guide - it has everything you need to know in it.

You have to take in consideration 2 things:
1. You must preserve Win XP partition.
2. Uncomment in /boot/grub/menu.lst (if using legacy grub) part with Windows booting
Then you will have 3 boot options in GRUB and dual booting.
You may have as much partitions as you please, but not less than 2 (winxp and root)
