strange colors bios and no boot

hello

i use arch 1 month.

today i go to power on my laptop and first i see the image of intel but with strange colors (see image)

then i go to boot arch and it stack in the same point over and over (see image)

what i should do to see what problem i have?
livecd --> then mount the disk --> then ?
