[SOLVED] Time for a new motherboard?

I am getting this hardware error on bootup. Windows freezes up, freezes before grub is loaded or in bios setup.

Perhaps reset cmos in bios....

Found the problem. I opened the case and found the heatsink on the north bridge chip had fallen off.
