Problem with GTA San Andreas on WINE.

Hi, I've installed GTA San Andreas today on WINE. I've had no problems with installation. When I went to play, I couldn't see the nVidia logo, instead of nVidia logo, the screen is white, and when appear the game menu, the menu looks bad:

I was looking on google this problem and I read that with libtxc_dxtn the problem is resolved. But I've installed libtxc_dxtn from AUR and the problem continue. Does anyone know a solution? Has anyone happened something like that?

I'm use WINE 1.3.31 (I have also installed with PlayOnLinux). My laptop has an Intel integrated graphics (Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller 512Mb), RAM 4Gb and Pentium Dual-Core 2.10GHz 64bits CPU.

thanks and regards.

Re: Problem with GTA San Andreas on WINE.

Playonlinux is not supported by the devs or community. Playonlinux is probably not the problem but I would try installing using the intended installer (double clicking the exe) through wine. If it is pirated (not saying it is) that could also be the problem.

Re: Problem with GTA San Andreas on WINE.

You should use the original cd and try without playonlinux. You should also make sure you have the right *stuff* installed for your video card.
