Eclipse settings gone after update

Hi all!
Im having an issue connected to last update of eclipse.
Yestorday I have updated my whole system with eclipse to version 3.7.1. After this update all of my eclipse configs are gone. In installed software, I can see that svn or maven integration is installed, but projects are no longer connecter to its svn repositories nor can be build with maven via eclipse... Even pom.xml editor is gone...
What is the problem? can I do anything to revert this to previous state?

I had the same happen, but I was just using the vrapper plugin from the AUR.  I simply uninstalled it, installed it via Eclipse, and got it working that way.

Did you install plugins via pkgbuilds or directly from Eclipse?
