Sometimes i interrupt an installation of some package and i get a error when i try to continue the download( some about "database lock"), so i remove this file and when i try to download again, all progress is gone!. so how continue the download when the database is locked?=

You can download the packages first and install them later:

Are you using any external downloader?

is the same thing, the solution should be find the package almost downloaded and continue with some command like wget -c and next use pacman to install,

You can use wget as the command in pacman.conf too
