When i try to convert some avi xvid files to DVD using devede the audio is really scratchy. On previous distros ive had a similar problem but the sound is also slowed down a lot. the ac3_option seems to fix this on other distros. On Arch the audio is not not out of sync, just scratchy and when running it in the terminal I can see that the ac3_fixed option is being used since i checked it in the properties box. I tried the devede-git version from aur with the same result. I also tried to use mplayer-svn from aur but that version of mplayer has mencoder packaged togeather whereas devede from the repo and devede-git both want to install mencoder as a seperare package but then finds the mencoder binaries already on the system and that causes a conflict. Does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
