[SOLVED]goa-daemon, what is that?

Hello everyone,

I just issued a ps -A and found something called "goa-daemon" in the list, never noticed that before, and as I am somewhat inquisitive, I'd like to know what it is. Neither the man page nor the site gave the info I wanted, if there's any extra info to get.
I killed the process and the system runs happily on, so it's possibly not critical...

Eh, it's something I'd like to learn, that's all.

Thanks for some feedback

Thor

pacman -Qo /path/to/goa-daemon

you will find out that is from gnome-online-accounts. is a new feature from gnome 3.2 that handles online accounts and automatically configuring services like chat, calendar, documents and email.

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
