Help with problems with my HDMI Output to my TV! Help Plz

Problem #1: Tv is overscanning (think thats what its called). It seems to be on top left and right. How do I fix this?

Problem #2: Audio thought HDMI Isnt happening at all sad Id like it to 5.1 surround sounds but its giving me no audio when I change it to HDMI Output in sound settings. (its detected and I can chose it, it just doesnt work sad)


Graphics Driver:

xf86_ati_dri

ATI Radeon 4730

Desktop Environment:

GDM
Gnome 3 Shell
XORG 1.11 (or which ever is the newest)
