Backing up Acer eRecovery on Aspire One

Hello, Archers!

I'd like to install Arch on my Aspire One D257 but before wiping my hard disk I want to backup Acer eRecovery with possibility to re-install Win7 Starter with factory settings & Android. Here's the screenshot of partition table: http://i.imgur.com/4LyI6.png .
My question is: How do I backup these (~19GB) stuff, without backing up extended 215GB partition?

E: Nevermind, just made a copy of MBR and installed Arch on Windows partition without touching those hidden.
