Do you mean the Arch Installation Framework? The "aif" binary is, in fact, just a bash script, so you can just open it with any text editor to view the source. If you want to have something else, we need more information about what exactly you are looking for.
EDIT: Oh, someone's faster than me. Of course, the sources of nearly everything are available at projects.archlinux.org.
