Possibly Trivial Pacman Issue with Python Qt Packages

When doing pacman -Syu I get:

Could there a problem with my pacman.conf or is this type of message normal for the new pacman?

I had the same issue recently with other packages and making sure my mirrors were up to date solved the problem.

I had the same issue recently with other packages and making sure my mirrors were up to date solved the problem.

Old & outdated mirrorlist is usually the problem but in this case the packages were actually downgraded - that hardly ever happens.
