noisy microfon after hibernate

Hey guys,

after a while i started to use Teamspeak3 (aur/teamspeak3 3.0.1-1) again, and run into a problem. When boot my System from scratch, i can use my Microphone like it should, clear and loud enough. But when resuming from hibernate, my voice is silent with a lot of loud noise. This also affects Audacity, so it seems to be ALSA-related and not to TeamSpeak.
The Soundchip is a VIA VT1708B. Im running pure ALSA, no PulseAudio. I also checked the volume levels in ´alsamixer´, nothing changed. Neither ´alsactl init´ nor ´alsactl restore´ helped. The alsa-script of pm-utils is standard.

Some information about my System (after fresh boot):

Re: noisy microfon after hibernate

Till now i found no solution on this, so  tried to install PulseAudio. The Thing is, after fresh reboot, the microphone works (with audacity and Teamspeak3), but the output is distorted. The Output of other Programs are normal, so the Output-Thing seems to be only Teamspeak or PulseAudio-Setting-related. But i don't further investigate this because after resume from hibernate, neither microphone nor output are normal on Teamspeak, the Output on other Programs still work. Based on this knowledge, i removed PulseAudio again (with a smile on my face, i don't like Pulse). But unfortunately, i still have to reboot my PC when i want to use Teamspeak. Kind of annoying.

And i believe, the new Teamspeak Version (aur/teamspeak3 3.0.2-1) on AUR wont fix the Problem. sad
