Can't disable HP Pavilion G6's touchpad.

Greetings,

The touchpad on my HP Pavilion G6 is working fine except I can't disable it by double tap the little round thing on the left top corner of the touchpad.
Can anyone give me some advices please? I have installed xf86-input-synaptics.
