Webcams - Can we use two at the same time?

Hi,

I am about to purchase a second webcam (Logitech C510 HD) to use for video chatting. Now I have another Logitech Ultravision (that I currently use).

I am wondering if I would be able to have them both plugin at the same time, and if I could use FFMPEG to record from both at the same time?

Not sure but you may have some trouble doing so, at least here it doesn't want to work. The first stream works fine but I get an error when trying to open a second stream from the second webcam (whichever is the second webcam I try to use).
