Unable to run vmhgfs

Hi,

I'm attempting to use vmghfs for an i686 installation.  I'm using open-vm-tools 2011.11.20-1 and kernel 3.1.2-1-ARCH.

The procedure documented in the Twiki did work for kernel 3.0, but seems to no longer work.  When I boot, I see:

modprobe: FATAL: Error inserting vmhgfs (/lib/modules/3.1.2-1-ARCH/extramodules/vmhgfs.ko.gz): Invalid argument.

Has anyone else seen this before and have a solution?
