[SOLVED] svg not recognized by gtk and ¿python?

Hello archies:

Recently i upgraded my whole system and now many icons in gnome aren't recognized and some applications don't start, gnome-shell included. It is related with gtk and or svg support, however librsvg, gtk, gtk2 and gtk3 are all installed and up-to-date. This is an example of what i get when i try to run a program from a shell:

[isaac@HAL-9000 ~]$ deluge

(nautilus:2188): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk-widgets-assets.css:280:73: Couldn't recognize the image file format for file '/usr/share/themes/Adwaita/gtk-3.0/assets/primary-toolbar-raised-button-border.svg' ......

Researching through St. Google I found many posts in which people suggested trying this command:

gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache

But there is no such file in my /usr/bin/. There's another command called gdk-pixbuf-config, but it doesn't seem to be the same. Am I missing a package in order to have that binary installed? what can I do to fix this?

That file is from gdk-pixbuf2. Do you have it installed? Try reinstalling it.
It's required by librsvg, so it should be on your system.
