can unflag out-of-date on disowned package
Hello,
some time ago, i disowned a package that i submitted before, python-texttable. In the meantime, it's flagged out-of-date. Although i'm not the maintainer anymore, i still can unset the out-of-date flag. although it's not much of an issue, it think i shouldn't be able to do so.

Open a feature request on fly spray or on the ML. No one will see your request here.
