Lenovo Y560 Fan Always Running

I have just installed the ArchLinux X86_64 and my fan is always running.

Adapter: ISA adapter

Core 3:       +60.0 C  (high = +84.0 C, crit = +100.0 C)

Also i'm using kde..

Those temperatures seem slightly high. Is your computer idle? Does the fan run constantly on battery power as well?
