Grub error

Hi all
I'm now installing grub and at the end of installing arch it says:
Error installing grub.(Details displayed on /dev/tty6)
and in /dev/tty6 :
Gnu Grub ...
grub>root (hd0,2)
Error 18 selected cylinder execeeds maximum supported by bios
grub>setup (hd,2)
Error 12 invalid requested quit

i guess it is an old bios.

try install grub on mbr.

maybe you eill have too change your partitions

closer to the beginning of the disk.
