mpdscribbler: uploading mpd client info to lastfm or librefm?

Is there a way that I can get mdpscribbler to upload the identity of the client I'm using (here, ncmpcpp) to lastfm?  For example, when using the scrobbling plugin for foobar2000, on my lastfm page I see the "currently listening" animated icon along with "using foobar2000" underneath it.  Is there a way to have mpdscribbler report to lastfm that I'm listening to a tune using one of the many mpd clients?  Or, can I enter that information manually somewhere in mpdscribbler.conf?  There's nothing in the archwiki, man mpdscribbler or on this forum saying that it's possible.
