Streamtuner 0.99.99-1 needs an update with the live365 patch

Hi,

I noticed that streamtuner 0.99.99 package needs to be updated with the official live365 patch found on the web site since the current package version doesn't load the radio list on live365.com.

I wrote also an email to the package maintainer.
