Complex Arch Install

Ok so first some system spec.
Processor: 2500k 4.6 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 Pro
RAM: Corsair DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD's: Seagate Baracuda 1 TB, Western Digital Green Caviar 1.5TB

1.5 TB WD GC HDD: 1 Partition with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and 185GB Free
1TB Seagate Baracuda HDD: 2 Equal Partitions 1 Logical, 1 Primary.  The Primary has Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and 200 GB Free, the logical is mainly where I store my huge files (uncompressed video footage 50-60 GB per file).

I'm planning on making a 50 GB partition on the 1.5TB drive and expanding if that's not enough for my uses (moving files from the windows partition if needed)

I'm usually good on the installation of the OS itself but GRUB (from the ARCH iso's) seems to have it out for me (Ubuntu used to work ok but not anymore) so does anyone have any suggestions before I try this again? Bios Settings, etc?

Re: Complex Arch Install

Arch's grub is the same as Ubuntu's with the small difference that they've got os-prober patched in and you'll have to install it separately from the AUR smile

Re: Complex Arch Install

Even when I manually designate the partitions where my OS'es are the bootloader never shows up even after it says its successfull. I can't get into the OS so I dont see how AUR is helpful.
