FINALLY added Turbojet2 to AUR, now I have a build problem...

(PKG location: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=54658 )

I, again, have to point out (for fairness and honor) that I got help from someone (I think two people, iirc) in the main IRC channel to get this pkg working initially at least 6 months ago.  Finally got around to adding it to AUR, but when I tried installing it tonight after adding it, I got a few errors I'd like help correcting.  Firstly, the package completes it's build, so it doesn't error out (luckily), but I got the errors posted below that make me think someone with QT background can help me figure out what the errors mean...

All the errors ending with [-Wwrite-strings] occur probably 50+ times followed by the "In file included" errors.  I'm sure that my terminal doesn't remember enough lines to get all the errors involved atm... (on a side note, I'd love to work with someone to make a gtk-based counterpart to this prog.  I'm more of a gtk fan than qt, but can't complain when this is the ONLY software on the planet that functions as a frontend that makes a linux box into a duplicator.

I've been working with this program since my PCLinuxOS and Unity Linux days, so I've had my hands on this software in general, for probably 5 years, maybe more, but didn't see anything like it around Arch, so I figured out a way to bring it to Arch...  I'd prefer a package that builds and installs with no errors, and I know I'm in over my head, as I am not a programmer (yet)... so any and all help is appreciated.

You can simply ignore those warnings. They are pretty harmless, even according to gcc developers:

man gcc wrote:

These warnings will help you find at compile time code that can try to write into a string constant, but only if you have been very careful about using "const" in declarations and prototypes. Otherwise, it will just be a nuisance.

If you want to remove them from the output, you can add -Wno-write-strings parameter to gcc when compiling, using CXXFLAGS or something else in the build process. I've seen it uses qmake, which I'm not too familiar with, so I can't tell you how exactly.

Re: FINALLY added Turbojet2 to AUR, now I have a build problem...

in the last few months, I have had the occasional (but somewhat frequent) crash with no real error message (will test sometime soon with a CDRW so I don't waste CDRs just to test the crashing situation and post an error if/when I get one) that I can't seem to really pinpoint.  I'm kind of wondering if there is a snowball effect going on or not.  Will test when I go into the shop tomorrow and give a reply asap...

NOTE: this happens on a desktop and a laptop that I both own and have used this software fairly frequently on...
