Hav you tried to press power button (let's say few seconds) when computer in suspend?
Which driver do you have for graphic card?

No i dont tried this.. but how can this help me im stuck with the lid problem not waking up with buttons.
I have switchable graphic cards Intel and ATI but dont use the ATI so no driver for ATI only intel.

I thought that by pressing power button you may wake up your computer when you suspend computer via lid. Some people on AskUbuntu reported that this helped them. But of course, you would still have this annoying suspend-wake-suspend routine. I somewhat forgot that your problem is also that computer suspend back right away it wake up.For now i had only in my mind how to resume it.
I really don't know what else could i contribute. Sorry.

What DE you have. Maybe you have to disable "suspend on lid close" in power manager settings.

Last resort could be BIOS upgrade.

Oh... stupid me i was installed a app caled 'lidsleep' and now when i uninstalled this app everything works fine
