I'm currently working on a Arch installation a computer of mine, this computer has a Creative Soundblaster sound card. Which is not working properly, or at all for that matter. I've been searching around for a while and have seen some solutions, but none of those have worked for me so far. Most of my results were discontinued bugreports and so forth.
The card is detected in alsaconf and shows up in alsamixer, but i have no playback and no input from it, at all.
lspci -vvv

Some of the threads I've come across in my search for a sultion suggest running the alsa-info.sh-script I have done this and posted it here: http://pastebin.com/8hkyJC14
Some of the dates in those results are from 2004 due to a failing CMOS battery, currently I'm using openntpd to keep the system up to date. This may be the cause of the problem, but until anyone can tell me it clearly is I don't want to reinstall alsa.
So i hope that someone may have a solution or can share some insight, I can post more info by request. But it's quite late here in CET, so I'll be back in the morning.
