When I launch transmission, sometimes, something very bad happens (with the help of kworker) and my internet connection become inactive. In this moment my system works except all activities with internet and I cannot shutdown (I have to do a hard turn off).

I have the exact same problem!
Though it has nothing to do with Transmission... as I don't use it.
So far what I have been able to figure out is that it's Internet related like you said, but for me it only happens when I'm in college. So I'm assuming it has something to do with the encryption method used with my college's wifi (WPA2 Entreprise, EAP-PEAP, MSCHAPV2).
I'm running kernel 3.1.4-1 (though previous kernel3 gave me the same problem) and my wireless card is an Intel 3945.

but for me it only happens when I'm in college. So I'm assuming it has something to do with the encryption method used with my college's wifi (WPA2 Entreprise, EAP-PEAP, MSCHAPV2)

ok... but first I'll try to figure it out a little further. Though it might be somewhat hard as I'm not planing on going back to college till Monday since today is a holiday and tomorrow I don't have any classes.
