EDID Checksum error on boot

Hi everyone,

I have just installed arch linux and the following error appears during boot:

Waiting for UDev uevents to be processed [BUSY]
[5.957386] [drm:drm_edid_block_valid] *ERROR* EDID checksum is invalid, remainder is 171
[5.957461] Raw EDID:
[5.957513] 4d d6 fa 06 01 88 ff ff 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
(similar lines with alphanumeric values are repeated 7 times)
[5.958339] [drm:radeon_atombios_get_lvds_info] *ERROR* Bad LCD record 217

A quick forum search showed a few similar cases in the past with no real solutions.  Does anyone have any idea how this could be resolved (it does not cause any immediate issue as far as I can tell), or at least how I can hide this error from showing each boot?

Thank you in advance.
