If using a version of UNetbootin older than 549, then after it finishes, you will have to adjust syslinux.cfg on the root of your flash drive before rebooting.
What version of unetbootin did you use ?
Does the stick boot normally on other computers ?
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

fslabel must match archisolabel=%LABEL% on syslinux.cfg thats all. So in your case archisolabel is set no "None", so fslabel must be "None". Anyway I suggest a better name ARCH_201108 (the default)

Thx djgera, that was causing the problem. Now boots without any problems.
Just in case, do you have any good advices before I begin to install Arch on a HDD that has Windows 7 installed on its first partition?
Oh and I was using unetbootin-windows-563.exe
And I've just checked, the stick boots normally on other laptop also.
Anyway, thank you guys.
