Some of the non-Latin page titles on the wiki require font packages. Anyone know which ones?

bdf-unifont has the most unicode glyphs: that should have you covered...

@jasonw - installing that package give no change after logout/login

It displays fine here: did you reset your font cache?

Do you have /usr/share/fonts/misc in your font path?
Other than that, I'm stumped...

All Asian languages at least Japanese and Chinese. The other two I don't know.

If it helps, Firefox uses the following fonts when I just have the Wiki home page open:
$ lsof -p $(ps -o pid --no-headers -C firefox) | grep fonts
firefox 23199 david mem REG 8,1 2356632 52666 /usr/share/fonts/TTF/NanumGothic-ExtraBold.ttf
firefox 23199 david mem REG 8,1 10125666 11338 /usr/share/fonts/misc/unifont.bdf
firefox 23199 david mem REG 8,1 856543 29015 /usr/share/fonts/TTF/HardGothicNormal.ttf
firefox 23199 david mem REG 8,1 333636 54679 /usr/share/fonts/TTF/DejaVuSansMono.ttf
firefox 23199 david mem REG 8,1 360337 44913 /usr/share/fonts/misc/12x13ja.pcf.gz
firefox 23199 david mem REG 8,1 615292 3068 /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeSerifBold.ttf

firefox 23199 david mem REG 8,1 720012 54672 /usr/share/fonts/TTF/DejaVuSans.ttf
though I have no idea whether the non-latin characters are correct!

Install xorg-fonts-{100,75}dpi
xorg-fonts it's a really bad idea: they're not supposed to render web pages.
The missing fonts are for CJK scripts. You can install dedicated fonts (C, J, K) for any of those languages. If you happen to own a copy of Windows 7, have a look at Meiryo and other fonts dedicated for Asian languages: they look very well. Besides, check your fontconfig file responsible for non-latin languages (it should be named in an obvious way) and add references to newly installed fonts so that they are rendered correctly.

Not that old. In the the spirit of the necrobumping policy, I feel this thread is in fact still contemporary, which is why I am replying now. I will mark as solved now but will trim down your list of 4 to just 1 (which gets most of them but not all).
# pacman -S ttf-arphic-uming
...kinda pisses me off that I need an extra 20 MB of fonts to do this when firefox does it with its native packages but whatever I also updated the chromium wiki page.
Thanks!
