hdmi matrix losing signal

So recently i bought myself a hdmi matrix for more hdmi inputs. Plugged into it is my main computer, my xbox and my htpc. Its working great so far, the only problem is that if i play movies from my htpc it loses the signal from time to time. The htpc is an nvidia ion board running xbmc-standalone with nvidia driver.

The configuration is quite simple, there is the standard 20-nvidia.conf in /etc/xorg.conf.d/ and pretty much nothing more, i can't find any error in Xorg.0.log exept for some warning, witch shouldn't matter that much

Only thing i can see from that is that it uses nvidia-auto-select to choose the right resolution, which is the correct one.
I checked all the cabels, i replaced the cables with that from the working devices(no problems with xbox or my main pc), but still the same problem. So i'm beginning to think that i did configure something wrong, but can't figure it out perhaps. System is up to date with all packages.
So any hints or ideas i could try will be greatly appreciated. One thing that makes me think that maybe its the hdmi matrix is that i don't get a lost signal when i plug the htpc directly into the beamer. But maybe there are some further ideas what i could try do configure differently. The resolution and hertz of all devices are the same and i played the same movies on my main pc and my htpc, so the hdmi matrix should be able to handle it.

So thanks in advanced!
