Sorry, I don't run nightly.

Hi Heftig,
could you include Aurora with OSS support in your repository?
You can achieve this by using some sed commands.
As a template: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=46331
Thanks.

I wrote "as template" because the PKGBUILD includes these commands.
Firefox-hg is also not Aurora.

Sorry, I don't use or support OSSv4.

@1archgamenon2
Nothing wrong with him, IMO. He doesn't maintain things he doesn't run. What's the problem with that?
It's not an official repo. So if he does things the way he uses/wants, what's the problem with that?
So now I ask you:
What's wrong with you, "dude"?

linux-zen is updated to 3.2. BFQ is not enabled by default right now because it's still the 3.1 patchset and I've been having some performance/latency issues with it in the past. You can still enable it by booting with:
elevator=bfq

Could someone check if the java applet on the following page crash Aurora from Heftig?
https://www.nemadgang.dk/nemid/login.aspx
It is like national login applet used in Denmark.
It has been crashing on my Aurora for ages, but Firefox from extra is fine. It seems to be true for all users on my system, but there might still be some local effect.
Thanks,
Rasmus

@heftig: Testing repo has libpng 1.5.7-1 and aurora (x86_64) gives
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib/aurora/libxpcom.so:
/usr/lib/libpng14.so.14: version `PNG14_0' not found (required by /usr/lib/aurora/libxul.so)
Couldn't load XPCOM.
I symlinked (I know its a hack) /usr/lib/libpng15.so.15 to /usr/lib/libpng14.so.14 . Without that all GTK apps (including gnome3) fail to start. I think aurora should be built against testing (being an alpha-like release of firefox).

Don't symlink. libpng15 and libpng14 are not compatible.
Keep a copy of the old libpng14.so.14 in /usr/local/lib until you have nothing that needs it.

Which version of OpenJDK (Java) are you using? I only seem to have a couple of legacy libs around, which are used for other software. . .

Aurora is now built with GStreamer. This means it plays h.264 video if you have gstreamer0.10-ugly-plugins installed.
Offline
Plays indeed, but doesn’t seem to advertise it, like on youtube.com/html5 or html5test.

Not anymore. I had to remove it again, as it crashes on any video in Aurora 15.

Are there any news related to when could linux-zen package be upgraded to 3.4.x ? Are the NFS issues still there?

I'll do it now. Hopefully 3.4.3 will make my iwlwifi work again.

@heftig: Can you create a list of files of all the packages in the [heftig] repo (repo-add --files) for use with pkgfile or nosr ?
