I have a PC that has onboard video. Arch is installed on it, and that works fine. I've added a PCI video card (Radeon X1550) that has S-Video out on it, and I'd like that to work along with the VGA on the motherboard. Is this possible? Currently nothing shows up on the s-video out.
Here is some output that might be useful if someone wants to help...

I was expecting that the PCI video card should mirror the LCD monitor by default, but perhaps this is a wrong assumption? Ultimately I want the S-Video be a multiseat output that just runs VLC. What would be the first step I need to take to get something to display on the s-video out?
Thanks.

I think it would be better if you used one or the other to avoid any headaches. But you might want to look into bumblebee which does something similar for laptops that have a integrated and discrete graphics hardware. But I believe it only works with a nvidia chipset right now.

Thanks KingX, I appreciate the feedback. After continuing to struggle with it, I've decided that you are probably right Thanks again.
