RTAI-KERNEL for x86-64 (intel 64bit architecture)

hello,
sorry, my English is terrible.
I hope you can understand me.

I would like to install the RTAI-Kernel, but the pakage in the AUR does not work with intel i3 (64-bit, but not AMD 64)

Can you help me with an updated package?

The maintainer of that package says "Please stay away from this package, and use my PKGBUILDs and such from my google code svn server".

Might be worth you looking at http://code.google.com/p/neo-technical/

Or maybe http://code.google.com/p/neo-technical/wiki/emc2arch. There's a PKGBUILD available that might work for you.

I tried using the directions on the link that you have written.

Unfortunately, the fourth step, when I write

for a 64-bit Intel. I need to use the step 5z, or 1b?

If you could solve the problem please report it here. I want to install RTAI 3-8 on Arch Linux too.
I have downloaded kernel linux-2.6.23.tar.bz2 and patched it to hal-linux-2.6.23-i386-1.12-03.patch in RTAI patch folder.
Then for configure the kernel i get following error:
#make menuconfig
Makefile:416: *** mixed implicit and normal rules. Stop.
and for the instructions in the link I get the same error as you mentioned...
could you solve the problem?
