No sound and USB HID devices on boot

After upgrading to linux 3.2.1 I have to replug the HID devices on boot to make in work and there is completely no sound. Actually I don't know where to search for the problem now. I've tried downgrading to module-init-tools, but the problem wasn't solved. I've checked and found no errors in dmesg.
Any suggestions?

P.S. The same is happening with my zen-kernel.
