[solved] gmime Upgrade Broke Pan Newsreader

Just a heads up to Pan users:  If you run the most recent ver, Pan 0.135, it seems unhappy with the latest gmime.  Downgrading solved the problem for me:

downgrading package gmime (2.6.4-1 => 2.4.31-1)

No, pan is an AUR package... rebuild it against the new gmime. Downgrading is not a solution.

I updated the AUR package to build it with current gmime 2.6 and gtkspell.

So you can re-install gmime 2.6 and update pan from the AUR.
