Overscan issues

I'm having issues with overscan on the tv I'm using with my new htpc. I'm going through the process of installing arch linux and because of the overscan I can't see what I'm typing or anything. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this so I can actually install. I've already gone through all the options on the tv and haven't found anything that will allow 1:1 pixel mapping which is quite frustrating.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Why don't you connect it to your desktop monitor and install and configure there first? That's what I usually do first and then after I have nvidia installed I can added overscan issue.
