color-changing Arch logo for e17

This animated background for e17 is based on the official logo.
The blue parts change color smoothly from archblue, over archgreen and archpurple to archblue again in an hour ;-)
So, it's easy on the CPU.
Should automagically adapt to your aspect ratio, too.
Feel free to use and modify it (you can easily change the colors and the cycle rate)
