Hibernate problem with nouveau and GTX560M

Hi all,

Recently I managed to install Arch on my new Asus G53SX. The setup is encrypted partition on top of software RAID and LVM in the encrypted. All is working fine except hibernation. Suspend to RAM and resume is working fine with both pm-utils (kernel approach) and uswsusp, while hibernate is not working with both....
When I hibernate the machine, it hibernates and boot fine, but after resume (or uresume hook respectively) be processed the display goes off and never on again... The laptop itself is resumed according logs, but the display never goes on. I tried many things including trying to hibernate/resume without X, but the only time hibernate/resume works was when I booted with nomodeset to console. Note that suspend to RAM works out of the box in any case.

Please advise

Re: Hibernate problem with nouveau and GTX560M

Update:
1. I connected vi ssh to the machine and the only error I saw in the logs was in the Xorg.0.log and it was:

NOUVEAU(0): failed to set mode: Device or resource busy

2. I have no problems with nvidia binary driver, but I prefer to use free one
