Pulseaudio without input (but work in Alsa)

I've Esi U46XL USB sound card:

Ok, in Alsa works fine... 2 stereo capture, 3 stereo output (with wrong remix in 5.1 output, but it's not a problem for the moment).

pavucontrol (devices)

pavucontrol (output)

pavucontrol (input)

Why Pulseaudio not found 2 stereo line in?
