wxChecksums is a program which calculates and verifies checksums. wxChecksums is able to read and write files in SFV and MD5 format
Could someone have a go at this?
Something i just can't seem to build from source. <_<

AFAIK it doesn't compile with any other wxgtk version than the old 2.4.X (tried it with both 2.5.X and the current 2.6.1 and no success), so...
BTW last version is 15 months old, which is as good as dead.
An alternative is kmd5 ( http://lukemurphey.net/kmd5.html - for KDE users, anyway) which compiles very easily, but manages only MD5 hashes.

Yeah i figured it was dead, but it was the closest to hksfv for windows. I have gsfv which is decent enough for checking sfv's and i needed something for md5's, i'll definetly check that kmd5 out, thanks!
