Video play back issues driver does not support the required resolution

Hi

First post smile I have a issue with playing back any videos in Arch. I keep getting "Your video output acceleration driver does not support the required resolution: 300x225 pixels." Then dumps me back to the login screen

I'm using MATE with a ATI Radeon HD 5070 with the catalyst-total package installed. Video playback had been fine under Ubuntu/Windows/Suse but not Arch.

If anyone has a suggestion that would be most welcome smile

Cheers
